We provide the systems and processes needed in order for people to become successful real estate investors and our coaching, materials, and tools come from years of personally and actively investing in real estate.

VestorPRO is seeking to expand our Real Estate Coaching team with a growth-minded and motivated go-getter. The candidate will assist our students in setting up a business plan for their Real Estate Investment business, based on the goals and vision our students set for their future. The coach will provide Real Estate Investment expertise, accountability, motivation and demonstrate dedication to the client’s success. The Real Estate Coach will also plan and lead a live weekly webinar to our active students.

job purpose

Assist in growing the VestorPRO Coaching department by supporting your assigned students with regular, biweekly coaching calls.

job summary

Your primary role is to provide regular coaching to your students and support them in building and scaling successful Real Estate Investment businesses.

duties

  1. Lead bi-weekly coaching calls with each of your assigned students
  2. Keep comprehensive coaching notes, to ensure you’re providing the highest value to your student and can easily ‘pick up where you left off’
  3. Review previous coaching notes prior to the scheduled call to ensure consistency in the students’ experience
  4. Assign action plans to your students at the end of each coaching call, ensuring that these steps will assist them in growing their business.
  5. Review previous action steps on calls and develop new action steps with clients.
  6. Maintain a calendar that can accommodate a minimum of fifteen 30 minute coaching calls per week.
  7. Support the departments’ needs in a variety of tasks as directed by the Coaching Leadership Team.
  8. Demonstrate a commitment to personal growth and the company’s Core Values.
  9. Plan and lead one webinar, on a different topic, each week
  10. Attend all meetings & complete required ongoing training
  11. Attend regularly scheduled meetings with your Head Coach

  • Maintain a professional relationship with coworkers and students alike
  • Must be well organized to accommodate daily updates to the calendar.
  • Strong organizational skills; including calendar management; note taking and time blocking.

qualifications

  • Experienced Real Estate Investor
  • Background in small business ownership
  • Highly skilled in verbal and written communication.
  • Must posses intermediate computer skills: i.e. ability to access, organize, edit, save and send files using Gsuite
  • Must have a pleasant, positive and professional telephone demeanor.

education and/or experience

  • Experienced Real Estate Investor
  • Small business owner
  • Coaching certification/experience is a plus

physical demands

  • While conducting coaching calls and leading webinars, you will be in a mostly sedentary state (sitting behind your computer and taking notes)

work environment

  • All work is remote and meetings are conducted via Zoom

job type

  • 1099 Contract position
  • Slow and steady build up of clientele
  • Likely 3 hours a week for the first month and steadily increasing each month thereafter
  • Coaches are able to set their own schedules and depending on availability can be full time or part time. Most of our coaches manage between 40-60 active students resulting in 60 hours of coaching a month
