job purpose

Because VestorPRO is a marketing company, Director of Marketing is vital to the organization and this contractor will be a significant driver for our day-in, day-out progress. The Director of Marketing will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing strategies and products for the organization. This position oversees all inside and outside team members and contractors for the marketing team and ensures to provide constant communication both individually and in group settings to guarantee all priorities are being met quickly and efficiently

roles and responsabilities

  • Team management and coordination of day-to-day work and workflow
  • Recording and reporting progress and updates within project management tools
  • Assist in maintaining high-level communication and coordination between marketing teams and departments, with an emphasis on timelines, reporting and progress updates
  • Oversee, direct, and assign marketing tasks and team workflow
  • Leading marketing team meetings, reviewing progress and accountability for all weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual work
  • Online presence and brand reputation management through online platforms
  • Assist in organizing various marketing-related projects that arise on monthly- and as-needed basis
  • Lead Project Management – assist in executing tasks, and projects for marketing and promotion for all brands and assigning tasks to team members or contractors
  • Regularly review and improve copy, graphic, social, video, web, or miscellaneous brand elements for quality
  • Offer creative direction on tasks, projects, marketing campaigns and efforts
  • Assist team in development and facilitation of department tasks, quarterly projects, and business and product launches
  • Develop new ideas and marketing strategies for approval and implementation based on company project implementation guidelines
  • Marketing department development – assist in equipping, training, staffing, and introducing tools for growth and improvement
  • Manage, track, and record systems for documentation and efficiency on semi-annual basis
  • Build and maintain marketing department “Workflow Lead/Lag Time System” for average work timelines


The Director of Marketing should have a bottom-line mentality for getting things done: even if imperfect, the outcome is still professional. Candidates should have marketing experience in order to reduce the pain of knowing the ins and outs of the real estate education industry.

Expected availability is full-time (30-40 hours per week) and an on-call basis. Position is fully remote, and therefore must have own computer and internet connection.

Candidates need to utilize their skills to personally see a project to completion (i.e., quick copy emails or rapid graphic curation, emergency proofing of copy or presentations). The position will require one to think critically and collect the necessary info for prioritizing projects and tasks. A sense of ownership in one’s work and the department overall is necessary for success not only in the role but in the company overall.

They must have an outgoing personality and be able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment. Should be comfortable using technology and able to multitask virtually in multiple windows at a time.

  • Once a week meet with VestorPRO leadership team for EOS-style meeting: 60 minutes
  • Once a week meet with Marketing department: 30 minutes
  • Regular meetings with contractors or service providers: 30-60 minutes per meeting
  • Ads, CRM, Writing, Social/Video, Agency – web and project fulfillment: rolling each week
  • Once a week meet with CMO for 1-on-1 meeting, same page meeting: 30-60 minutes

  • 90-day probationary period: applicants are expected to assume proficiency in role and responsibilities by the end of period

  • $78,000 annual salary ($3,000 bi-weekly)
